if you are simply wanting gas money why not just have a flat fee? 10% of anything is a lot - especially when you are trying to help members find their way away from gouging.

(there's some Obamanomics going on here)...

so $100 worth of ammo cost $110... if someone is buying in small quantities they are really going to care about minor or even moderate savings from a "deal"... if they do (because of being on a budget or whatever), then 10% is significant.

Anyway - it seems like you have an agenda with the thread and your supposed "wanting to helps others"... just my take on it... but you don't need to convince me or justify yourself to me... so carry on.

I'd buy online an pay the shipping. Again - you don't need to justify your plan to me... we have different views on selling things.

im just trying to figure out ways to beat the panic prices for others. i dont know how you sell things but i think the best advice i got from members on here was to quit helping. people have nothing better to do than bag on another member. we can try this again by how can we help others who need ammo? lets start there. im all ears for ideas.....

                    Easy:
'fair members' are the ones who sell at a price you want.
'gougers and rip offs' are the ones who bought it before you did.

You can't be gouged or ripped off if you don't pay a price you think is unreasonable.

                        Mmmph.

If I buy it to make ceiling-hanging mobiles to hang above my baby's crib, or string them together as a decorative chandelier, what does it matter to you?
Whether I keep it, sell it, or play tiddly-winks and dominoes with them.... so?

OK, I last bought 10k of M193 for ~$180/k, and 18K of South African .308 for ~$30 per 140 round battle pack. Once you find those at that prices, please let me know.

Yeah, I did buy it to save it for a bit...I did notice price increases before the Clinton ban began, before CA did their poor attempt to register "Assault Weapons" in 2000, and Zero's first and second elections. You may have missed all that but it was mentioned a bit on the internet when it happened as well as after.

OT, for the boneheads who continually refer to "gouging"...it's related to raising prices of necessities for survival...guns and ammo don't fit that category. Think about food, water, electricity, and fuel as examples.

                          This may help...

You're trying to fix something that isn't broken. In case you haven't noticed, this nation and this state are both in a horrible financial condition because people keep trying to "fix" a market that would quietly correct itself if left alone.

and how did it start????? people getting greedy...... the whole housing deal and banks giving loans to people who couldn't afford it. i agree that our president cant stop spending and that he should let people fall so they know what it feels like and let them get back on there own. sometimes thats the best fix. And theres a thread for some of us who want to help each other out. it can be fixed but there will be others who are (blisters). They show up and decide to help when the works done. which one will you be??? your help is more then welcome but your negative and useless information is not needed.
