I think it is more of a "Time Out" (because that is the CA thing to do right?)

I can ONLY guess (not really a guess though) that it is because I got on someone else that was selling. And prolly that I was irked when I reported the guy, TWICE. (I think I reported him twice).

And then I said shame on Mr Jericho (who is usually a very nice guy) for posting the post that rewarded the evil-doing ad poster.

But in my defense, he WAS told last December or November that the reloading forum was NOT the correct spot to post an ad selling something. He just decided to ignore that I guess and nobody seemed to care. And since all it takes for bad to overcome good is for good folks to stand by and do/say nothing, I decided to take a stand and show I am a good guy

I see why people are silent and say nothing. All of these years I thought they were just ********* in that respect. No, they are just too addicted to this forum/site to say anything and give up their access. I get that. I can not be like that all of the time though. I mean, I try, I REALLY REALLY try, but damn it hurts sometimes. I hate to see some other kid pissing on the swingset that I know I will want to play on later. (So I push him down and kick him in the nads!)

Interestingly two other people reported the thread you referenced and didn't get barred from the Reloading forum.
Of course they didn't report the thread with a vitriolic screed about how the OP should be banned forever and all his posted deleted nor did they post insults and snide remarks in the thread nor did either of them have a history of doing those same two things repeatedly.

Yes. I am sure they did report and they are also among the folks that I referred to as not saying anything. I admit that I misspoke there. What I MEANT was that they do not say things like I say it. Yes. I am blunt, come across like a dick at times, and can be rather misunderstood when I am being sarcastic. Not that it matters but I do often feel like I probably should not have said this or that but sadly a bit too late.

Also, I may report things but I expect that nobody follows what I tell them so yes. You bet I will go extreme. Do I get pissy when nobody does what I ask? Nope. I have a belief that the mods know how to translate Stillneese into English when it comes to them doing their jobs. So I may say ban them forever and ever and delete their posts and go to their house, kick in their door and throw a water bomb at them, but I expect only the post to be removed, the OP MAYBE warned and all is back to the norm...

Reporting posts is such a simple thing it has become boring to simply report it. It has become a game to see what I can request and what happens.

A few times I have said give them a 10 day ban or whatever but those are usually the guys that only show up to take up bandwidth and sell or buy things and do not contribute.

I am a contributor and you know that I am. I contribute a lot of positive things to the site as well as heartburn for some of the mods (including the head guy himself whomever he may be). But I play well with other folks that show up and follow the rules and play well too. (Mostly okay like 96%).

In the end, ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED? Have you learned nothing from me? Have I not stimulated people's brains to think up things or see things in a different light? (That was rhetorical.) Take a poll, folks think I am an okay guy and I get along with the vast majority of folks here. You just misunderstand me like you did that time I told Fighterpilot to munch on a phallic symbol. He got the joke and I thought it was funny, and for those folks that did not know that FP and I have been friends I am sure they were disgusted that I said that. It just made it that much funnier. Yes, but you have little patience for that and you banned me because you thought I was serious...

So how about an ETA? But if you do not have a time frame set yet, that is fine, but at least tell me one thing. Whatever happened to that guy that had 65 lbs of shot that he was selling in the 25lb bag? at least give me some reading material while I do my time here...

Okay, I am going to hit reply and let the chips fall where they may because I think you may come across as a mean guy from time to time, but deep down you KNOW I have good intentions when I log in here and the VAST majority of my posts and explanations proves that. I understand that I am nothing but a user here so I play a bit more then I prolly should. Thank GOD I am not a mod because then I would really have to be on my best behavior especially when deleting ads from the discussion forums... (and no, that was not me asking to be a mod...)

You can at least give me a time frame instead of the silent treatment. Now I am wondering what kinds of social experimentation you are conducting on the users here by behaving like such. And BTW, I do appreciate that you only removed the reloading forum access because it did what you had intended and it got my attention, but in doing that it has also allowed me to come here and open a dialogue and while I have it open it would be nice to get some answers.

1. Did the time out period start as soon as you issued it?
2. Had I figured out 2 months down the line that I was not allowed in, would the timeout THEN start?
3. If I had not been back for xx days/weeks/months then would my access have been automatically restored?

It would be nice to get some answers sooner rather than later. :|

I have no sense of seriousness in any online forums and You (Kestryll) have no sense of humor. There might be an HONEST-to-dog communication block here.

And you have not replied to the thread now so you are either giving me the silent treatment some more or you are thinking of which way to go. Hey look, I just asked for an ETA. I tell you what. No biggie. You just take the time to reflect on all the great times we had together, like the time I joked in that one thread and you said nothing, the time you changed my one post about the cats to make it look like I said something stupid and I laughed and changed it back because you misunderstood what I was saying. OH OH and then there was that one time when I was arguing with that one guy and I asked for your input and you ignored me and just left that post there. Oh and then there was that other time when I totally tore that noob that was a NON CONTRIBUTOR a new one and you deleted the post and banned me for 3 days! Or was it 5? I forgot, but I remember that nothing was done about the other people that had attacked me prior to me defending myself... It seems like it was just yesterday... See all of these great memories of all of the fun things we have done together? Actually, now that I think of it, I AM starting to see a pattern here. You refuse to share your feelings with me and engage in a conversation or you are just ignoring me. I swear it is like Stilly is from Mars and Kestryll is from Venus...

Okay I am going to drop this. I am NOT going to ask any mods to speak to you on my behalf (hint hint nudge nudge...) But I can only entertain myself here in this thread for so long before I realize that I am missing out on casting some .45 HP and missing out on other things not in front of the computer. So I am going to leave it be, walk away, not look back (for at least 8 minutes...) and I will leave you with this very REAL thought. that if anyone gets injured in the reloading section, if anyone gets offended at anything, it is because of you sir. YOU have prevented me from keeping the balance in there and without me there is a serious risk of people blowing themselves up... All of their bloodshed could have been prevented but now it is on your hands... I tried to help ya but I can only do so much...

And now I shall take my exit from this post!
