ignore list doesnt really work?

I dont see what the point of the ignore is if the people you put on the ignore list can still see your threads, post on your threads, and quote your threads and you can still get notifications from them. Is there anyway to make the ignore list like Facebook's ignore function where if you put someone on that list its like the person doesnt exist anymore?

Rather than use the ignore list, simply avoid the member. Don't argue with that person, don't get pulled into ridiculous arguments. Don't click on 'Post Reply' don't even read what they post.

DON'T REACT

Control yourself ... relax ... breathe ... go to another thread and have some fun.

Most of all -- 'let it go' and control yourself.

I'm not perfect at it, but I try and I'm getting pretty good
