I suspect, like many data processing venues, the site performs maintenance during low use hours (early morning typically). To be clear, IANATG. Adapt or die.

Yep it's lagging right now...

When in runs right for a few hours (or even more rare, a couple days), many jump the gun and celebrate as if something has been done.

It's the same as it's been for months.

There's been no rhyme or reason to time of day/night, or number of users... it's been slow at 03:00 and 13:00 on various days with intermittent periods of fast - and everything in between.

crappy slow for me and has been for months... I now open each topic in a new tab and move on, come back later to see what has loaded

Today, most pages won't even load, just time out so I have to refresh each one, something that works, other times it takes a third refresh
