    Does anyone know when or if the site is going to be upgraded?

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

      The point is that the software is EOL, so by definition it IS broken. There are security bugs, etc. that will never be fixed in this version.

          Last I heard, the new version was recently bought and paid for - and they're slowly working to migrate while losing as little as possible.
