It was not the shipping company. The box was not abused except for a single hole where the charging bolt handle broke through because wilde never reinstalled the protective charging bolt protective puck. Plus they left lose bolts from parts they installed to free float in the box to bounce around. The lose parts they could have put in a bag and taped to inside of box vs let it free float.

That’s unacceptable. I hope they take responsibility or they will be losing quite a few customers.

Bryan the VP is now in communication with me the day I posted this. They said they will replace the gun. I'll update when new gun is in hand.

Update as of 6/28/21. I returned my gun to WBT, Tracking number shows they will have in hand today. Looking forward to seeing my replacement being sent out, got a tracking number but it was not left the building yet, im sure waiting for receiving FFL confirmation.

I've seen their powder prices. They can afford the gun.

Update, Got my replacement gun, Bryan is checking on me to make gun is good new shape. The gun is flawless and had all the factory packing material so when it arrived to my FFL it was in good shape. I would buy another gun from them.

Not that it matters now since they made things right, but couldn't have you refused the weapon when you went to pick it up at the FFL? I know we can in Arizona.

My FFL (homebased) always asks you to please inspect the gun before accepting it. I asked him if he's had anyone refuse and he said yes, especially when it's a custom item that was incorrect.

I honestly didn't know that was a option. Nor did my ffl advise me of that.
