Wilde Built Tactical is looking for a Sales Associate.
Overview: The Sales Associate will work out of our La Mesa, CA office/retail store. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email or in person is the most important aspect of our business. This is a sales job. You will be required to meet certain sales goals to maintain employment. WBT would like to find someone with firearms sales experience but we will train the right candidate. If you are a firearms enthusiast with experience in customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Job Type: Full Time: 25-40 hours per week/Approximately Monday-Friday/9am-5pm
Pay Scale: $14-$16 per hour/DOE plus, employee discount program and certain paid holidays.
Primary duties:
Sale of Firearms via email/website/phones/in person. You will be required to submit DROS/4473.
Taking orders & responding to product inquires via both email and phone.
Order management/Purchasing
Secondary Duties:
Intake of firearms from vendors.
Assist the sales manager with marketing.
Cleaning
Minimum Requirements:
Completely comfortable with computer-based applications
30+ Words per min typing
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
