The Sales Associate will work out of our La Mesa, CA office/retail store. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email or in person is the most important aspect of our business. The Firearms Sales Associate will focus primarily on our online/phone customers. This is a sales job. You will be required to meet certain sales goals to maintain employment.
Job Type:25-35 hrs per week/Must have Saturday Availability.
Pay Scale: $12-$15 per hour plus sales bonuses and employee discount program.
Primary duties:
Sale of Firearms via email/website/phones/in person
Taking orders & responding to product inquires via both email and phone.
Order management
Secondary Duties:
Assisting the front-end staff as needed.
Intake of firearms from vendors
Assist the sales manager with marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
Current knowledge of CA firearms laws.
Completely comfortable with computer-based applications
30+ Words per min typing
Understanding and knowledge of the current firearms market including popular make/model/type of firearms being sold in California, with a focus on modern sporting rifles.
