I purchased several firearms there recently and was impressed by the very professional and facilitating employees that work there. Dat and Heather are awesome, although I dont recall the name of the gentlemen (he's always there) he's awesome too! Looking forward to future purchases.
Things I like: Price Matching! Customer service, supply, and variety.
Things that could use work: Having to get everything price matched.
(I know they need to pay the rent, but I have a mortgage too).
Charging so much for FFL internet transactions.
