Status on LMT .308 rifles.?

LMT 308 package
I just bought a brand new LMT .308 MWSE 16" Chrome
It was an impulse purchase and willing to sell as a package for $5200 firm.
Everything is brand new and never used. Will not part out.
Package includes:
LMT .308 MWSE
Trijicon ACOG TA31F 4x32 Red Chevron sight
Magpul back up flip up front and rear sights (fixed sights still on LMT)
Soft gun case
100 rounds Atomic match ammo 162 grain
Let me know if you're interested otherwise I'll just hold onto it.
All purchases made at various Turners Outdoorsman locations and all receipts avail for review. (ammo purchased online)

4/28: Check cashed
6/14: Called for interview - completed interview on 6/16
6/16: Live scan-completed CA and FBI same day -firearms completed on 6/20
7/03: Training completed preemptively - emailed CCW unit on 7/04 and received confirmation on 7/5 that docs were received
9/13: Received call from CCW unit to resend training documents for review for final approval
10/25: Received call to schedule permit pick up on 10/27 -
