    QUIT THE CRYING

I understand that people have little gripes here or there and while i agree with the complaints of people getting diff. serial number guns from warehouse the other complainers about waiting an hour on a saturday and that the employees are rude etc... Just quit *****ing and crying. I have been to a few turners and can say that they handle the amount of people they get the best they can. They are the biggest gun seller in CA i mean what do you expect them to do. YOUR GONNA HAVE TO WAIT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

Now on to people that complain of service. While I was standing in torrance yesterday 2 customers were crying and complaining because they felt that salesman was disrespectful for correcting there misinformation about guns. I like how people buy there first gun and overnight they think they are experts and can come in and tell other people whats right and wrong and everything about a gun. I mean if you want to hold a sigpro 2022 in .40 and they dont have any and bring you the 9mm to get a fell GUess whats its the SAME damn gun. Dont cry about weight difference because your not loading it in store where you can see.

I really like the torrance store. They have knowledgeable sales people and try there hardest to always help out. Again dont ***** about waiting, if you dont want to wait to long. go to martin B retting or something where they are over priced and dont care about you either.

Instead of crying go to another store if your not happy.

Just my opinion. GUESS what we live in CALIFORNIA where DROS and paperwork have to be spot on to protect you and the seller so just relax everyone.

    Have a nice day

If the DMV sold guns it'd be indiscernible from Turner's.

i complained about the wait at Turner's (reseda)...

But the customer service was excellent.. from downpayment on the PSA lowers, to going back in for DROS paperwork to pickup

i dealt with about 6 different employess (including cashiers) and everyone of them were pleasant and great to deal with.

if you dont like the service or whatever your complaint is , try your local moms and pops gun store , yes you might be in and out way quicker but how about the extra $75-$120 more you have to pay on that g17 or whatever you are picking up ....

I was at turners norwalk yesterday for lunch time to pick up a ruger 22 45 marklll and leave a deposit on the issc m22 to them like 15-20 min to call my number but once its was called took Randy 10min to do a price adjustment on that issc m22 and give me my gun ..... and beleave me the place was packed

Thanks Randy always a preassure to deal with .....

thanks TURNERS i will be back to start dros on my Ruger 10/22 takedown as soon as they come in and my ISSC m22 as soon as the 30 days are up .....

        Gracias Muchas Gracias Turners

Like the "Questions you would like to ask Turners" they need to create a general complain thread that keeps going and going. Then they could rightfully delete the rest and save some space.

Last Friday I waited 30 minutes with my little number at Reseda just to ask if they had some specific ammo in stock. Naturally the answer was no. They did offer another brand in the same caliber that is over 3 times the price.

I was at Reseda the other day also and they had guys just asking people if they needed ammo or needed to pick up a gun, while other salesmen were helping new gun buyers. It was going pretty fast. Maybe that is a new thing for them since they have all of the ammo behind the gun counter (LA law). Anyway, it was going much faster that way.

And I do. At times though Turner's has the only model of what I want, then I bite the bullet.

That's was a lot of complaining about complainers.

You're totally right. The main problem is all the worthless regulatory paperwork that bogs down the service. Blame our legislators, not Turners. I just went to the SB store yesterday afternoon to pick up a rifle out of jail. I picked up number 78 and they were servicing number 70. Considering that and all the paperwork, they still got me out in 45 minutes. They were harried, but professional. Thumbs up.
