    Turners Reseda

Called to check on ammo, and was left on hold for:

Snapped a quick shot before I gave up, and this was my second time on hold today without speaking to anyone.

Glad I have tons of rollover minutes.

OP did you call back? I had that same experience when I was calling Target one time and it ended up that the indicator lights on the phones were not lighting up? I heard there message the whole time and could recite it by memory by the time it all ended.

I hadn't been there in a few years and had no plans on going back. But, I decided to check on their prices for .410 ammo last week. When I walked in, I was pleasently surprised at their stock and their customer service. When I was asked there was anything I wanted to see, I replied that I was just tire kicking and thought that that would be the end of it. Instead, one of the guys behind the counter told me that he didn't care and would still show me anything I wanted to see. I was impressed by the customer service I received there. Then again, the last time I bought a gun there, it took Joe Dirt 45 minutes to release it to me.

The Reseda store is the worst! Long waits and rude help. Most peole take a number but leave before their number is called. Never going back...what a joke! I can buy the same gun in Simi Valley and pay $10 more. It's worth $30 not to shop the Reseda store so Grettas in Simi is a great deal.

Why anyone would shop at Gretta's is beyond me. They have historically given out BAD legal advise, been anti-OLL and are the rudest know it alls I've ever met.

I bought a few from Greta's in the past. I don't think they were that bad way back when they were in their old store....about 12 years or so ago. Now that I know that I have some choices....i.e. Fort Courage armory and E.B.R. Works....I don't see myself stepping into Greta's any time soon...if ever.
I've had long waits at Turner's Reseda store but never rudeness or bad service....
