I was wondering if you guys had any of these or were going to put in an order for them anytime soon. Specifically in .357/.38 spl.

For the time being the Ranch Hand is not legal in CA.
Puma also has the Bounty Hunter which is also, not legal in CA.
Fights are coming though. Many groups are actively looking at these.

they are legal in CA, but in stock config, no, they can't be transfered. Just like any other off-roster handgun (that isn't an AW) is legal to own in CA, but can't be transfered in stock config.

Get them setup in a Single-shot exempt config and they can be transfered, just like they do for AR-pistols.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

        Ditto.

We'll have to see if any distributor is willing to do that set-up.

No, the correct term you are looking for is, "Not Ca. compliant"

Turners not being an 07 FFL like PRK would need to have them made Ca. compliant prior to shipping in under the single shot exemption. A full length wooden dowl in the mag tube is all it would take.
