Are the Glock cases provided with the G 19 considered adequate to meet California in the car locked container for in vehicle point to point transport? If not, what is the path of least resistance to meet the legal requirement that I can economically get in your store?

Without playing lawyer or spewing fud (that's the CGN term, right ?) a lockable hard case would be one of the easiest ways to comply. We have lockable (provide your own padlock) cases for under $25 and we have locking (luggage style) cases from $25 and up. Arguably, a lot of the OEM hardcases that new guns ship in can also be locked and likely suffice.
