    Without playing lawyer or spewing fud (that's the CGN term, right ?) a lockable hard case would be one of the easiest ways to comply. We have lockable (provide your own padlock) cases for under $25 and we have locking (luggage style) cases from $25 and up. Arguably, a lot of the OEM hardcases that new guns ship in can also be locked and likely suffice.
