I was at the new Redondo Beach store looking for some scope rings when I overheard the store manager turning away a rifle PPT.....
According to him "Because its a Long gun... and long guns are not registered it doesn't require a dealer" he then told them "All they need is a Bill of Sale"
The rifle looked modern and nobody said anything about C&R exemption...
Can someone do something about this please??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We've made contact with the actual assistant manager involved in this issue and they are clear as to what should have been done absent the involvement of a curio long gun in this particular PPT.
