If I just want to buy targets or cleaning supplies

    Question:
If i just want to buy clay targets or cleaning supplies do I need to make an appointment to even just get inside the store?

    How about ammo?

My preference in the Chino Hills store?

    Thanks!

I was at the Chino Hills store a week and a half ago picking up and they were turning people away trying to get ammo who didn’t have an appointment.

Some stores are restricted by the number of customers allowed inside...

Some shops try to triage the issue with
        A- new purchased
        B- Picking up
        C- Fishing and other stuff....

For supplies- its awesome that you are supporting a local shop
I would suggest a place like Walmart or online until this surge is over in late 2021
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
        (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

It was slim pickings, lots of empty cases and shelves. They had a couple revolvers and pistols still but not much. They were completely sold out of .357 magnum and .38 special ammo which I had to find elsewhere.

                Thank You for the intel!

Funny I picked up a Remington 700 rifle just a day or so before the mandatory COVID-19 quarantine started and I didn't avail my self of the ammo when I was offered! lol...

I tried walking into the SCV store last week to buy fishing stuff 1.5 hours before closing time and was turned away. When I enquired about the 6 pm closing on the door, the guy told me "We were busy today so we closed early. Sometimes it 4 sometimes it different." I took my money elsewhere.

Sorry for the late reply guys, been getting messages from every corner of the internet and my notifications on here must have gotten screwed up. The above link shows store specific instructions on how to shop in each particular location. With Covid restrictions still in place and staffing and traffic at each location being slightly different we've out this list together to get the most accurate info for each store.
