Perhaps and email to the FTC, or eve your lawyer would be the best route.sigpicNRA Benefactor Member -

Do people still shop at Turners?
Their nicest and most knowledgeable employees are the cashiers.
The rest are a bunch bloviating idiots who don't know what is on sale or even in stock.
The last thing you should do is accept their opinions, or even expect their ad to be accurate, let alone for them to stand behind their mistakes.
I still wander in on occasion, if I am in the same shopping center, but soon leave in disgust or disappointment...
Yes there are exceptions, but sadly they have become fewer and farther between.Real Californian...Comment

Contact the better business bureau about their practices.

Interesting. I went into the San Bernardino store and bought two....and they were the same as in the ad, the only difference being the ones I received were Hunter green and not black. On initial ring up they came up more, the cashier called over the manager, he looked at the ad, hit some keys on the register, said Merry Christmas, and the cashier rang me up and I was on my way.
I never have issues with Turner's....they have pretty good prices. I just have learned to not shop when it is crowded with a bunch of pumped up looky loos that are doing nothing but wasting the time of the very patient clerk's which must tire of babble from these witless lookers.Benefactor Life Member, National Rifle Association
