    C&R Policy

    Searched and found various replies. I am looking to get a Mosin and wanted to know what the current policy for FFL03 and COE holders at Turners. Is there still a 10 day wait? Can I cash and carry if I have the COE and FFL03?

      It depends on the salesman. I got a C&R the same day in January. Earlier that month one of the salesman said there was a 10 day wait on all guns. So I have no idea what the actual policy is.

          They should release it on the same day, talk to manager, most of the sales guys don't have a clue

              No 10-day wait on C&R guns with COE and an 03. If you hear something different in a store, contact the store manager or have them contact their DM and/or the Compliance VP.

                  WTF turners Kearney Mesa made be wait on a few C&Rs including 2 mosins, I had to pay dros and wait 10 day even though I have an FFL03 and COE and their $5 fee . Alb eight it was a few years back
