Solar Tactical Lock for VZ58 - Excellent

I just replaced the California mag release on my VZ58 with the regular mag release and Solar Tactical lock (all done while the pistol grip was removed making the gun featureless).

This new combination is a vast improvement.

The Solar Tactical lock was a _perfect_ fit for the gun.

This is good news for me; I was planning on ordering a VZ 58 from Czechpoint and replacing their lock with the Solar Tactical one (while the pistol grip was off ofcourse too).

Is it difficult to take the Czhechpoint mag lock and replace it with the standard mag catch?

I didn't find it very difficult to do.

Czechpoint won't ship a standard mag catch to CA. Apex Gun Parts only recently started selling them, and that's what motivated me to do this.
