I placed an online order on 7/7 and I haven't received any notice that the items have shipped. My credit card was billed immediately.

I also contacted the store via the online form and I haven't received a response. Is there a better way to contact you and inquire?

Same here, 7 in stock when i ordered on 7/3. Got a shipping confirmation. But it's been just pre-shipping info (label created) for the last week.

Still waiting on mine, placed 7/2, haven't heard anything on shipping, contacted on the 23rd to cancel, said they could with a 25% fee I said sure, no refund or anything...

After a month I received one of 2 fins. Billed for both. Called, got voicemail. Emailed sales and they said the would get it out a week ago. I'm one day away from them via usps. Emailed again, waiting for response.

Got a response yesterday, email said the same thing, will check with shipping and make sure it gets out with tracking... That was yesterday AM, still no tracking. I'm really hoping it's just a mixup. I'll update when something changes...

Received a call last week stating my order was cancelled as requested and I should receive a refund by the 19th, so the wait is on for my cash to come back.

email sales@solartactical.com for the fastest response. Rally200 pm the grip and it will go out Monady. We have updated the website to reflect the ship time frames on certain items. We will also be changing the website to allow to order but get rid of the in stock wording on certain items as that was a default setting that allowed customers to place orders to get them in the que. The guys at Solar got my missing fin to me pretty quick once we were able to communicate directly. There was no deception or unethical business practice. They were just working through the back orders and call list as fast as they could. I waited my turn and received good customer service. After talking to them I truly believe they just want to get as many owners compliant before the new regs as they can. The quality on my 2 fins is top notch, they have not let qc slip.
