Nice New Digs - but... still a long wait

It's been a little while since I've been to RG... went today to pick-up an online order - the remodel is nice!

It still takes a long time to get business done though. 30 minutes to pick up an online order

The fact that the place is bigger, has seating and more stuff to look at is cool - and helps the wait... but I wish there was an express counter for online orders and people that want parts (that know what they need)...

A will call area would be awesome!

I thought they already had an express line. You just stand near the register that has a sign "Express Line," and then a sales associate comes up and helps you with your online order.

which one of the four counters is that at?... and if there's a sign, they need to make it more obvious... also, it would be a good idea to have the associate mention it when they do help the customer that waited with a number (for future purchases).

I'll check it out next time... that counter didn't have an associate there - and looked like shotguns only, so I didn't pay much attention... I buy ammo online, so didn't even bother to look over there (beyond a quick glance).
