None of the above explains why your salesperson didn't answer every one of my questions with a knowing and sympathetic smile and infinite patience. And why I had to wait for service and wasn't treated like royalty the moment I walked in. I am organizing a CG boycott.

A slurpee machine should be installed . It would have made my 5 minute wait go by that much quicker !

usually what i do is draw a number, walk over to fry's and look at all the gadgets i could be buying if i didnt blow all my money on firearms, and come back 45 mins later. makes the waiting game fly by.

beats going to turners, waiting an hour for my number to get called, and then wasting another hour doing dros paperwork for another hour because theyre adjusting to their "new" dros systems. i was there this past weekend to dros a gen4 g17, and i think my paperwork was done in under 15 mins.

but then again, i usually go in on saturdays when its PACKED.

Is the damn customers that make the wait long sometimes. I remember watching a guy on a weekend fill out the DROS and then waste another 30 min going over another gun with the employee. That's nearly a whole freaking hour!

Come on, be courteous. You see they're busy and there's a whole bunch of people waiting, maybe you save all that for when you pick up 10 days later on a weekday when they're not so busy.
