Another Great RifleGear Visit

This week I purchased the trijicon HD night sights for the G19 online and selected in store pickup. So I dropped by yesterday, and they installed the sights within 10min. I had to wait a bit to be helped, but since they have so much business right now that is expected. However the staff seems to run very efficiently so even if there are a lot of people in the showroom they normally get to your number relatively quickly.

Brian was the salesman that helped me, and as in past experiences he was great. Very pleasant, professional and informative. Willing to take the time to talk to customers and answer any questions they have. After I had the sights installed I asked if I could examine one of the Springfield loaded 1911's. He promptly returned with the gun and we discussed the model for a few minutes.

Thanks for the great service RG, I might need to come back soon for a Springfield Range Officer.

Anytime. I got home yesterday and I was thinking just how hard it is to get good customer service these days. I know people say that, but I mean it. Brian was great! Oh and the shop turned out great.
