    Order #W100229

I bought the custom CMMG mid-length medcon upper with Vltor CASV handguard and A.R.M.S. folding sight block, vortex flash hider on 9/6/08.

It is a beautiful upper. I took it to the range for the first time today and the bolt doesn't cycle at all, meaning I have to charge the handle for each shot. It seems that there's a ton of carbon fouling on the A.R.M.S. block.

What should I do? Can I bring it in?

Yes, there may be an alignment issue with the front sight or some blockage of some sort. Bring it in and I'll fix it for you.
