    Arrrgh! why me? hahaha...

    Dear Riflegear,

I absolutely love your store and your employees. Probably some of the most patient and knowledgeable guys I have dealt with in a firearms store.

Anyways, I just had to gripe about something. How come you put all the Troy parts on sale for 10% exactly 1 day after I waltz in and purchase a set of folding battle sights and a foregrip? Man, story of my life.

Any how, I also wanted to say keep up the good work. I really enjoy your store and people that work there. I have purchased 3 rifles from you this year so far, and a Glock 17 yesterday. Thanks again for all the great service you provide us. See you in 9 days to pick up my pistol.

Many retailers will give a refund or store credit on the price difference to a customer who purchases an item at full price and the item goes on sale within a certain time-frame thereafter. Check with Riflegear to see if they have this policy as well, and let us know.

      Hey Kev,

Thank you so much for your continued business! If you come in with your receipt, we will give you a store credit for the 10% difference towards any products or services. We all know the sting of being too early on a good sale

      Thanks again!

It depends on the product and situation, but we generally offer store credit

              wow!

thats awesome. i will be there tomorrow to pick up my glock 17 after work. instead of throwing the discount to me on a future purchase (about 25 some dollars by my math), which trust me i will make, i will bring you my receipts tomorrow for my battle sights and my fore grip, and donate that money to nra or calguns. your choice. either way, see you guys tomorrow at 3:55 pm for a glock pickup.

RG treats its customers very well. Last year I bought a couple of items shortly before their Memorial Day weekend promotion. There was a lot of free stuff that came with qualifying purchases on that weekend. I spoke to Eiko (sp?), who was very attentive and understanding. When I told her about those purchases, as well as others over the years, she hooked me up with the goodies - no muss, no fuss! I told them how much I appreciated it. And I put my money where my mouth is and have made several more buys since then!

Ok, as promised. Riflegear gave me a 25.00 dollar in store credit today when I showed them my receipt for my Troy battle sights and fore grip. They honored it, I purchased some magazines today.

True to my word I just mad a 25.00 dollar donation to calguns.net per the sales associates request.

                  Thanks Riflegear!

See you tomorrow for a MP22 for my wife!
