    "Express" Line

Earlier today I went into Riflegear, pulled a number like I always do (got number 53, current number was at 43~), and proceeded to wait patiently. I was there to buy Magpul's AFG and MS4 sling. I proceeded to the express line, which clearly states for small parts and online pickups (without paperwork). I've waited 20-30 minutes then I heard one of the workers called number 51... Honestly, in my head I was like "Whats the point of having a express line when they don't even use it?"... A minute later a worker shouted if anyone was here for small parts... Is there a way to get someone at the express line? Or am I suppose to just stand there until someone sees me waiting? Or rather, am I suppose to wait until a worker randomly ask if anyone is buying small parts?

Anyways, I'll always come back to you guys. It seems you guys are the only LGS that has what I need, haha. Other than that, RifleGear is my go-to LGS.

Im not sure what the protocol is but I do the same thing. I pull a number and stand next to the express line sign. They are always busy so after about 15-20mins, one of the sales reps comes over and takes care of the ppl in the express line. Its not perfect but it beats waiting 2hrs for your number to be called.

It'll never be perfect. That's just the nature of the beast. I've been there where my number is the next to be called, but then the next two associates to come available all went to do the express line. If you dedicate too much to the express line, then people like me will complain. They're doing the best they can, better than about any other gun shop that I have been to.

Standing at the express line is supposed to trigger the next available sales guy to come over and help you. I will talk to the sales manager to make sure everyone is handling the express line properly.
