Showroom expansion construction begins next week!

I am happy to announce that we are finally going to begin construction of our showroom expansion next week! This has been in the planning stages for quite a while and I'm excited that it finally going to happen.

The construction will take approximately 6-8 weeks and will increase the size of our showroom to roughly 2,000 sq ft (existing showroom is around 800 sq ft). In addition to the new elbow room, the upgraded showroom will feature a waiting area with seating <pause for applause to subside>, tables and stools for filling out paperwork, additional display cases and slatwall displays, and a general upgrade in the quality of the showroom appearance and shopping experience. It's going to be nice

Please bear with us during the construction. Most of the new construction will be taking place behind our existing rear wall, but once that is done the existing wall will come down and we will be shifting construction to the front area. When that happens, we will be routing customers to the new rear area until construction is complete and the entire showroom will be open for business.

Keep your eye on this thread as i will be providing updates as the construction progresses.

    Regards,
    David

We will probably do something, but haven't made plans at this time.

              A few suggestions:

              1) have a couple large LCD TV with gun videos and sports on
              2) a juice bar
              3) free WiFii high speed internet
              4) practice putting green

I may never go home if you add these options and would buy 1 gun a month. Lol.

Feel free to add comments guys.

Will there be a separate ticket puller for the seats?

A fire hydrant that I can tie my son to.....

Or a play pen with a brio table or something. You've seen me and my kicking/screaming/running/crawling/sliding 2 year old a few times.

Isn't that what being an "operator" entails? They just start so young these days.

Well, another customer racked an AK and my son yelled "woah!" And started giggling. Still need to bring my daughter in for the Hello Kitty AR.

A quick shot of some of the progress on our showroom expansion. We're almost done!

Is it sad that I'm in there so much that even with the faces blurred out I still know who is who?

                            lol

Was in there today.. looked really nice.. needs some sort of artwork on the walls..

We are going to get the TV back up and I have a nice RifleGear sign I am going to hang up in the waiting area. Also, some saloon style swing gates on the end of the displays and track lighting will be going up next week. Some free-standing slatwall displays will be going up in some of the more open areas as well.

There will also be a nice selection of Pixar and Disney movies to choose from should the little ones get a bit too restless.
