I have a free float rail and low profile gas block I need to have installed.
My upper is m4 style with A2 FSB, triangle cap, and delta ring.
Do you provide this kind of service? If so, how much and how long does it usually take to complete such installation?

We would consider that an "upper rebuild". The fee for an upper rebuild is $45. The turnaround time is typically 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
