is it possible to purchase sku#811311... by taking out the left side mag release and adding on a bb for the right side?

^^That way the cut out will be in the receiver already for when the use of the left side mag release is warranted.

It's a pretty simple process to disable the left side of most ambi magazine catches - usually just tapping out a roll pin to remove the paddle.
