On Tuesday I went to RG to get a few parts. Arrived in the early afternoon thinking there would be few, if any, other customers at that time of day.

Wroooong... took my number and saw there were 6-7 people ahead of me. Oh well, I'm here now and may as well just wait and get it over with.

Not 10 seconds later a sales rep came out of the back and asked if anyone was here to buy parts only, not a firearm?

Excellent! My hand went up immediately. Told the rep the parts I wanted, he got them, rang me up, and I was out the front door in about 3 minutes.

Way to go RG!

As someone who is new to the AK world, I would like to really thank the guys up at RG for the assistance I received. I read in a post above where someone thought that the gents behind the counter might be tired of newbies asking questions...that is NOT AT ALL what I experienced. I had picked up a NDS-2 AKM receiver and needed a parts kit for it. I didn't really have any idea what to look for. Someone came out of the back with a print up of everything I would need to build my own AK...WHO ELSE does that? I mean seriously?

I will continue to give you guys my business, and thank you.

This was my first time doing DROS and I was nervous as heck, but the staff were friendly and patient, they did almost all the talking for me. just wanted to say thank to Andre at riflegear. came in looking for a stripped upper receiver to mate up to my lower. looking for a nice and tight fit. Andre grabbed a few from the back, and let me test fit them until we found just the right one. seriously, the customer service here is ridiculous. courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. when i was looking for a trigger they didnt have, he guided me to some online places instead of trying to sell one of the triggers they stock, knowing i had my heart set on it already. i will continue to give you guys my business whenever i can, i've been treated with nothing but the utmost respect in that place. thanks Andre and RG!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Riflegear Fountain Valley today.

I was picking up a 10/22 and decided to leave it for a few days with your gunsmith so some after-market items (sights, mag release) could be installed.
Your sales reps took time chat with me about the rifle, the after-market items, and my planned Appleseed event.

I believe the reps name was Jesus. During my previous visit I received excellent assistance from Andre and Brian.

My initial reason for picking Riflegear was your great selection of rifles and excellent prices. I have discovered that you also have excellent customer and gunsmith service. There are many other gun shops closer to my home - I have no interest in going to any of them after the great service and assistance I've received from your staff.
