Just want to say thanks for the great customer service!
I just purchased a DDm4 from a staff member that obviously did not want to be at work that day and probably needed a vacay. Regardless, he politely answered all my questions, let me fondle the other guns, shook my hand and smiled at the end of the sale.
Working in sales myself, I know how hard it can get some days...
It takes some serious discipline to do what he did.
