FFL transfer from non-FFL?

Hi. I purchased a rifle from a private party out of town (but in CA). Does anyone know if RifleGear accepts transfers of a rifle from an in-state non-ffl holder? They only mention dealers in the sticky, but in a thread I found while searching, they told someone they could ship a rifle themselves to the receiving FFL (there was no need to ship a rifle via a FFL). I've purchased from them and done PPT there, but never a transfer.

Any help or other suggestions?

Yes, we accept transfers from non-dealers. The seller must include a clear photocopy of their Driver's License with shipment.
