We have had reports that certain customers were not receiving the "Back In Stock" notification emails, but until now we were not able to nail down the problem. Yesterday we found the bug and were able to correct it.
If you had entered your email to get notifications for OOS items in the past few weeks, it may be a good idea to enter your email on those products again just to be sure you will get the notifications next time they come back into stock. Sorry for the inconvenience, but our testing shows that it is working fine now.
