The jury is still out on legality, and we feel they are not legal - at least not without blocking each tube to take only 5 rounds each. Unlike the KSG, there is a switch position that allows the shotgun to feed alternately from both magazine tubes, acting as a single magazine > 10 rounds. I know all this stuff is subject to debate, but so far we are not convinced enough to start selling this model.
