Hey URBAN COMMANDO,

It would be considered an upper rebuild if we have to remove and reattach parts of the upper, which is normally $45.
Since the new barrel is not drilled for A2 front sight taper pins, there is usually an additional fee, but please call the store or stop by for more details and one of our team members will give you a more accurate cost and time estimate.
Most work orders are completed within 48 hours not including weekends.
