    PPT Question

    I'm looking to sell a long gun PPT transaction with you guys and I was wondering if my CA driver's license is all I need? The address on it is not my current address but I already updated it through the DMV and got the change of address card supplement along with my CA DL.

    According to the DOJ website, handgun purchases can be made w/ a current CA DL along w/ supplement address change card as long as it matches DMV records. I just want to make sure this is the same for sellers when they wish to do firearm PPTs.

      Yeah at the moment, I'm only looking to sell a firearm, and it's a long gun not a handgun. I just wanted to clarify so there are no issues at least on my part as the seller.

          As the seller you just need to present positive ID via your CA Driver License. We will collect your current address from you during the PPT process.
