    quad rail install

Hey RG guys - as you might remember I built my AR using an aggressor lower & RG upper with standard handguards - I'm wishing to exercise some of my christmas cash and get a quad rail put in - looking for midlength one piece. Is this a relatively easy install or is it best to get it done with you guys? I wish to keep my front post sight on as well. Should I just bring the upper in or the whole rifle?

    Thanks!

I was looking at the Omega 9s even though they're on the higher end of my price range....dang out of stock.

Any idea when you'll get these in? I might spring for the YHM diamond too.

The Omega is pretty much a drop-in that you could do yourself. The Omega X 9 is in stock, however, but will require the front sight and barrel nut to come off and I would recommend you have us do the install on that one. Have you looked at the Centurion rails? They are very high quality and a little less $ than the Daniel Defense. The centurion rails can be installed without taking off the front sight if you cut off the delta ring with a dremel.
