    Receiver ID

Just want to know if I can get this receiver maker ID'd..
This receiver has a DPMS barrel on it. and it will NOT mate to the lower that I have that i wanted to put it on RRA. It will go onto an LMT and a Friends BM without any problem But It just doesn't make a good fit, Not real happy with it...
I have seen the keyhole mark before though I don't know what that is either...
Just thought that maybe you guys would enlighten me...
    thanks..

The forge marking is from Anchor-Harvey.

Can't tell though who milled it out (manufactured it).

A keyhole would indicate it was forged by Cerro.

That mark doesn't mean anything really, as far as who manufactured an upper.

The marks are placed there by the various forge houses to indicate who it was that made the blank forging that many other companies buy and then machine to turn into uppers. They sometimes put barrels and stuff on them to build complete uppers, or they in turn will sell them for other companies to build with barrels and such. CMT is a perfect example of this.

There are no markings on there to indicate Olympic as the manufacturer.

The forge marking is from Anchor-Harvey, who makes forged blanks that dozens of companies buy to machine upper receivers from.
