My only complaint

I think rifle gear is a fantastic outfit. I've ised both mail order as well as purchased many products many times in person at the retail store. Always a pleasure doing buisness with you guys.....with ONE problem. FIX THE CREAKY FRONT DOOR ALREADY! I don't mind standing in line for 20 min in a small, crowded front room, but that damn door drives me nuts. A little CLP otta do it.

I know, it drives me mad (I'm sort of OCD). We didn't have any WD-40 but we sprayed CLP all over the hinges and it did no good! We will be replacing the door, along with the entire warehouse/showroom with one that is about 3X larger soon - not a done deal yet but getting closer...

We even tried to see if we could cancel out the sound with the $70 electronic ear protection..... ENHANCED THE CREAK!!!!!

We tried to fix the door again... this time with a syringe... but to no avail.

Maybe the hinge just needs a little heat first. Or try lifting up the door and have someone spray the pins at the same time.

I think the pins need to be replaced with a set from KNS. The current pins obviously ovaled out the hinges and now they creak

picked up my lower today.... and BY GOD THE DOOR DIDNT MAKE A NOISE!

HAH... after weeks of trying various oils... I followed one of our customers' advice and drilled a hole adjacent to the squeaky bearing cartridge, then leaned on a can of breakfree until it was leaking out the bottom of the door. It still squeaked but the next day the squeaking had stopped completely.
