So with the imminate release of the bushy ACR next week, what's the word, if any, on getting these? I know for a fact a few distributors started taking orders this week. Have you guys hashed out a maglock setup yet?

As much as we'd like to, it's yet unclear whether or not we'll be able to get these at a reasonable price. Initial MSRP estimates are between 2700 and 2800 dollars. We don't know if Remington is yet willing to ship to California. There is also an initial shipping date of at least May. That said, it's way too early to start taking preorders on these. We're excited to see these finally released but getting them in the store will take some time. We've got people up at Shot Show working on it right now. -

So far, Bushmaster is being EXTREMELY standoff'ish to us about shipping these into California. They keep talking "gray area" this, "DoJ approval" that. We are not impressed.
We will keep working on them, but so far it doesn't look like it's going to be easy.
It's sad, because it's easy money for them and they can ship them legally by simply splitting the upper from the lower.Comment
