or until we can process the backlog of orders already in the system. We will process orders received prior to 3/25/2020.

Does this apply to Firearm Sign-Outs for those who already have a confirmed, booked appointment for the sign-out? Or just to on-line orders that are neither Start DROS nor Firearm Sign-Outs?

No, this only applies to new orders. Sign outs will processed through the appointment system.
