    Feedback for Anniversary Event

My friend and I went to the anniversary event and although the crowd was large, we were both still able to get the M&P shields we went in for. Only bummer was that you were out of the M&P mags by the time our number was called. In hindsight, we should have used the time waiting to purchase the mags first in the Express Lane, but we were thinking that we would have done everything in the same transaction as when our number was called so we waited for the #. Maybe reserve some for the people purchasing pistols would be a suggestion. It was pretty chaotic with the number of people there and our first time at this event, but you guys took care of customers well and our transactions went very smooth! Thanks again RifleGear.

I thought the same thing but was lucky to be able to grab a couple mags along with the shield. I didn't want to get the mags first in the express lane, then find out there were no shields left...then i'd have to wait to return them on another day. lol.

The only real downside was the DROS system being down, but that wasn't RifleGear's fault. Its just a pain to have to comeback to fill out the forms later.

Any word on whether the DROS system is still down or not?

Actually, around noon, the DROS system came back online so we completed them since we were already there. Avoids another hassle of driving back.

Ah well, I just hope when I do come in to do the paperwork, I don't have to wait too long.

Who knows, maybe you'll win one of the raffle prizes for not being able to get the mags and I'll win a prize too for having to come back and finish the DROS paperwork.

It was an awesome day yesterday, hundreds of 2nd amendment enthusiasts showed up as expected. I knew what I wanted & got what I wanted, another CZ to the collection, this time a PCR. It was 50/50 on DES being down, but I was good with it. Because, the numbers were being called much quicker then if the Dros ES was working. Came in today to do DROS took less then 15min. But I'm less then 25min. away so the drive doesn't bother me. If I'm one of lucky 10 to win the raffle giveaways >> Christmas 🎄 in August 4me.
Thnx RifleGear, hopefully there's a 11th anniversary too.
