All shipping rates are going up, and DHL left the US domestic market.

Those fixed rate boxes are good for heavy stuff. I accidentally used one for some light gifts and it cost me ~$3 more.

Just give them a call. They had to disable the USPS option because the post office website is messed up and was screwing up their site.

I sure they can take care of you.

I know they have one box that is $8.00 to ship (flat rate, regardless of weight.)

Like Bonecutter said, the reason we have disabled the USPS feature because their system is messed up and we do not have the time nor the people to manually calculate all that shipping. We're not the only web storing doing that either.

Generally, the difference between USPS and UPS for anything under about 3# is less than $4.

We are implementing a new shipping system at our warehouse within a week. Once we finish it up, we will start to use USPS again. Before Christmas, a lot of USPS packages got lost so we decided not to use USPS until holiday season ends. We fell much more secure with UPS since they provide much better tracking system and customer service.
