I DROS'd and later picked up my pistol at Riflegear in the midst of the latest panic buying / holiday rush.
Both times there were a lot of people in the store, but your staff was focused and attentive. Even with 15+ people in the queue before me, the wait was still relatively short and the gentleman helping me expedited the process as much as possible.
No complaints whatsoever, keep up the good work.
