Quick question, can you perform SAE on all the revolvers you sell? Is the purchasing process same as the SSE before?

    Hey,

Basically, any of the revolvers we have that have at least a 3" barrel will qualify (they also need 7.5" OAL and minimum five round capacity, but all the ones that are 3"+ on our site meet that criteria as far as I know). It is more or less the same ordering process as SSE except that only our gunsmith can convert the revolvers and he isn't here on weekends. We charge an additional $50 for SAE.

    Thanks!

        Hey Steve,

We don't offer conversions on transfers mostly for liability issues. The Python was one of the examples that was specifically mentioned when we discussed the possibility. We would have to inadvertently damage a revolver during conversion (it hasn't happened yet, but accidents happen). Especially one which we could not readily fix/replace. For this reason, we only offer SAE on inventory firearms.

        Thanks!
