    Transfer from Texas store

Suppose there was a California legal handgun that was only in stock at your Texas store. Can I buy it online ang get it shipped to the Fountain Valley shop fir yhe DROS?

    Thanks!

Yes, but you need to contact us and/or allow time for the handgun to be transferred to the Fountain Valley store. We have had several people that just assume everything is in stock in the FV store and they walk in to pick up their will call order and the item(s) is not there. I guess it's just going to take time for people to realize that it is important to check the "Store Availability" feature on the website.

No, there is no shipping/transfer fee. You just order it online and select in-store pickup (Fountain Valley). You can place a note on the order stating that you will wait for it to be transferred over. We will call you when it comes in. If you don't leave a note, we will likely call you to confirm that you're aware that the product is in our Texas store and that there is about a 1-1.5 week transfer transit time.

        Thanks!

In this situation, are we able to start the dros before the firearm arrives?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to start the DROS paperwork until the firearm arrives so that you can inspect it first.

            Thanks!
