$70 difference between CA CZ 75b and non CA version?

You guys have the CA version (01102) of the 75b for $599 and the non CA version (91102) for $529. They are the same gun with the same msrp ($612) with different SKUs. I've bought a lot from you on the past and you are my favorite shop by far, but this is a little disconcerting. Is there a reason for this?
