Terrific customer service

I've ordered several optics and misc. gear from PA over the past two years. The last one had an out of spec mounting base that caused the optic to wiggle even when tightened down. I sent PA an email. They replied w/n 24 hrs and I had a new mounting base just two days later .... along with a free cap and a couple of stickers. Now that's quick customer service!

I also have been a pretty loyal primary arms customer for a number of years. Have always received awesome customer service which is why I keep coming back. Ive only had to ever warranty a product once but when I did the product was listed as out of stock. They told me not to worry because they kept a few on hand extra just for warranty issues. I got a replacement quick and fast. Was very happy.
