Red Dot Reflex Sight - Questions

I see you have the Red Dot Reflex Sights back in stock.

With the 5 MOA Dot, how well are these suited for say a Ruger 22/45 Pistol ?
It would be more for fun and to help some older eyes. 25 yards and less distances.

    Thanks.

I have a PA red dot on a 22/45 and it works fantasticly. I think mine is a 3 moa dot though. Its the tube kind with the fixed base.

I came here to create this basic thread myself since I see this is now in stock.

I plan on ordering one for my picatinny rail on my 4X PA Prism scope ....

      BUT

I am ordering a M&P9 Pro CORE ... this handgun comes with mounting plates and is milled already for mini optics like RMR, DeltaPoint, C-More, JPoint, etc.
But I read it can also take a Burris FastFire III as well on one of the plates.

Will this work for the M&P15 Pro CORE handgun I am looking to purchase? Is the mounting location really any different then most other small red-dot optics like the other listed above or the Burris?

If you could shed some further light on this or if this is possible with that specific firearm that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much PA and I look forward to your reply!

Does somebody else reply to the Info@primaryarms.com email that has more info?

Standard picatinny rail maybe but not that ... the rail is coming off and it needs to mount to a compatible plate on my M&P9.

I want to give your guys red-dot a shot, but not if no one can tell me how this can be mounted.

what application would a red dot like the md06 be better at compared to a reflex sight since both are for cqb?

The reflex is designed to assist optics like the 4x or to be at a 45 degree. The MD06 can be cowitnessed and is designed to be the primary optic.
