I see you have a 10 day return policy but this is only on Un-Used / Un-Mounted items??? If you put it on your rail that's it, no return, no refund, no exchange, etc.? 
I am wanting to purchase one of your scopes but would like to know if for some reason it's not up to the standard of what I was looking for that I can return it ... but of course I gotta at least throw it on the rail for a few minutes to know that.
So am I correct in how your return policy works?

All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) issued by www.primaryarms.com prior to return.
Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.
www.primaryarms.com will gladly accept return for refund any unopened and unused product. Simply return any new unused item back to us within 10 days from the date delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns on items that received Free Shipping from Primary Arms will have the outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund. Once an optic (including but not limited red dot, scope, etc) is mounted it becomes used and is not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Ammo and lower parts kits are non-returnable. Placing a scope in rings constitutes mounting. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Please contact customer service (713-436-5121) Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM to 5PM Central time to obtain your RMA number.
